Every listing already contains a video. Almost nobody makes one.
There are twelve photos sitting on a listing right now. Somebody paid for them, uploaded them, and then let them sit there as a grid of thumbnails nobody scrolls.
Video wins the click. Everyone knows this. Almost nobody does it.
Not because property managers don't believe it — but because getting video made means a vendor, a calendar, an access window, a unit that has to be empty and clean at a specific hour, and a week of waiting. On a $1,400 one-bedroom that turns over every eleven months, that math never closes.
So the video only gets made for the flagship property, or the luxury lease-up, or not at all. The other ninety percent of the portfolio stays a grid of thumbnails.
BNDRVIDS exists because that last constraint was the only real one — and it isn't a constraint anymore.
Four things we won't do, so you don't have to ask.
Invent space
If a room isn't in your photos, it isn't in the video. People commit off these without seeing the property — that has to hold up the day they walk in.
Sell you drone or twilight
We work from what you photographed. If nobody flew a drone over that building, we can't put one in a video and won't charge you for pretending.
Lock you into a contract
There's no term, no retainer, and no minimum. Buy one video for one unit and never come back. Nothing to cancel, because there's nothing to sign.
Charge for work you don't like
You watch the finished walkthrough on the call before anything is invoiced. If it misses, you don't pay — we'd rather lose the fee than have a bad video with our work in it out on your listings.
Test it on one listing.
