What we collect, and what we do not.

What this covers

This policy describes what happens to information about you when you use bndrvids.com or book a call. It is written to be read rather than to be thorough for its own sake, so it says what actually happens rather than listing every category of data a business of this kind could theoretically collect.

The website itself collects nothing

Browsing this site does not create an account, set a tracking cookie, or add you to a list. There is no analytics package, no advertising pixel, no session recording and no behavioural tracking on any page. Fonts are served from this domain rather than from a third party, so simply loading a page does not hand your address to anyone else.

The site is hosted by Vercel, which keeps standard server logs including IP addresses, for security and reliability. That is Vercel's processing, under Vercel's policy, and we do not query those logs to build any picture of individual visitors.

What booking a call collects

The booking calendar on /start is operated by Cal.com and is the only place this site asks for anything about you. Booking a call submits:

• your name and email address, which are required to make a booking and to send the calendar invitation;
• a link to the property listing, which is required, because it is the material the walkthrough is built from;
• your time zone, taken automatically so the slot shown to you is the right one;
• a phone number and any notes, only if you choose to add them.

We use this to hold the call, to build your walkthrough beforehand, and to invoice you if you accept the video. It is not used for anything else.

What we do not do

• We do not sell, rent or trade your information.
• We do not add you to a marketing list. Booking a call does not subscribe you to anything, and there is no drip sequence to unsubscribe from.
• We do not share your details with other property businesses.
• We do not contact you again if you decline the video and go quiet.

The services that handle it

A one-person business runs on other people's tools, and honesty about that matters more than a short list. The following process your information on our behalf, each under its own privacy policy:

Cal.com

Runs the booking calendar and holds what you enter into it.

Google

Gmail carries our correspondence with you, Google Calendar holds the appointment, and calls take place on Google Meet.

Vercel

Hosts this website and keeps the server logs described above.

Where a video is delivered by file transfer or invoice, the service used for that is named to you at the time rather than assumed here.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own. The Cal.com booking calendar embedded on /start is a third-party frame and may set its own cookies when you interact with it, which are governed by Cal.com's policy rather than this one. No other third-party code runs on this site: the security policy served with every page blocks it outright.

Your photographs and your video

Listing photographs you send us, and the video built from them, are kept while the work is live and afterwards as a record of what was delivered. We may show finished work as a sample of our own, and you can tell us not to at any time, including for work already delivered.

How long anything is kept

Booking records, correspondence and finished work are kept while there is a reason to keep them, which for paid work includes the period we are required to retain financial records. If you booked a call and nothing came of it, ask and we will delete what we hold.

What you can ask for

Email bndrvids@gmail.com and ask for a copy of what we hold about you, a correction, or deletion. A real person reads it and will act on it. Depending on where you live you may have these rights in law, and where you do not, you have them here anyway.

Children

This is a service sold to property professionals. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it.
