Why is this cheaper than a videographer?
Because a videographer's price is mostly a day of their life: drive time, setup, the unit being empty and clean at the right hour, and the risk of a wasted trip. We don't have any of that cost, so we don't charge you for it.
Is there a minimum?
No. Buy one video for one unit and never come back. Most people don't, but nothing stops you.
When do we pay?
After you've watched it. You confirm on the call, we email an invoice straight after, and the finished files follow once payment clears.
What if we don't like it?
You don't pay. There's no version of this where you're charged for a video you didn't want. We'd rather lose the fee than have you post something that undersells the property.
Do you charge for travel?
There's nowhere to travel to. Same price whether the unit is four blocks away or four states away.
